Tallow Creek to Tallow Beach

SECRET LOCATIONS

Tallow Creek to Tallow Beach

Cruise South on your bike to Ironbark Ave and lock your bikes up on the corner, near the dentist. Take a short walk to the end of the street and follow the secret bush track down to Tallow Creek. Relax under a shady tree or continue along the track through the dunes to a remote section of a long white sandy beach.

Tea Tree Lakes

Take Clifford Street to the Suffolk Park Community Hall and lock up your bikes. Over the dune and South along Tallow Beach, between here and Broken Head there is a natural Dunal inlet leading to a tea tree lake. Please be mindful as this site is sacred to local Arakwal Women

Back Beaches Broken Head Nature Reserve

Venture along a bushy track from the Southern end of Broken Head carpark. Wind your way through lush rainforest, along cliff faces and onto a grassy headland. Climb down into a secret little cove. To the South are secluded beaches. At low tide you can continue to walk to Kings Beach for fishing or swimming - clothing optional!

**Kings Beach is unpatrolled. Swim with caution - Strong current and dangerous rips**
