  • If you find yourself wrestling with lights or power (we’ve all been there), the switchboard is tucked away in the lefthand bedroom cupboard above the hot water system. You’ll spot any tripped circuit breakers because, unlike their well-behaved siblings, they’ll be facing the opposite direction. Just give them a cheeky flick back on.

Sometimes, the power plays hard to get with unexpected outages. To stay in the loop, you can keep an eye on Essential Energy’s website for the latest updates.

    https://www.essentialenergy.com.au

  • Here’s the lowdown: there’s an Isolation Switch located on the splash back to the left of the stove top. Turn this on to operate both the stove top and oven.

  • There are plenty of light switches and lamps sprinkled throughout the apartment because, let’s be honest, we’re big fans of mood lighting! For that perfect nighttime vibe, pop on the lamp in the dining room corner, the one on the hallway table and don’t forget the rangehood lights in the kitchen – yes, even your culinary adventures deserve a spotlight!

If you notice that any bulbs are out and require replacing please let us know. We try our very best to consistently check and replace any blown bulbs but sometimes there may be a sneaky one.

Beach Access

Beach access is via the rear gate leading onto Cavvanbah St. Turn left towards the cauldesac and take the bush track leading back onto Cavvanbah St. Turn Right onto Kendall St which then leads to the beach.

EAT

Feast your eyes on our Local Eats Guide — the ultimate foodie treasure map curated by us. These are our all-time fave haunts — so go on, get amongst it and taste a bit of Byron magic!

Dive into three tabs:
Coffee – Where the beans hit the spot and your arvo pick-me-up is sorted.

Moonshine – Because sometimes the best stories start with a cheeky tipple under the stars.
